Plans to open Bender’s Elite Fitness, a 30,000 square foot fitness facility centrally positioned in Decatur Alabama! Coming Soon, this facility will cater to the whole family offering programs and services for children and adults.Construction is going well for the new huge Decatur facility! All the walls are framed and the roof should be on soon. As soon as the roof is on it won’t matter if it rains. Drive by the corner of Veterans and Knight street and check it out! We have 10.5 acres we are building on.

Ok, Party People….The First Annual Summer Explosion Block Party at Bender’s Gym in Decatur is Aug. 6th from 9:00am-1:00pm. We will have FREE FOOD, bounce house, face painting, discounts on memberships, and give-a-ways! Be sure to bring your friends and spin the prize wheel!
